Just $780 in monthly pledges to go in order to reach the 90% needed to purchase my plane ticket! Would you be willing to help me raise the remainder of my support? The goal is to leave by August 10th, and I believe that it can happen! If you are able to commit to a monthly pledge, please consider it, as all one-time gifts are now being divided by 24 into my monthly support goal (For example, a one-time gift of $120 will be divided by 24 to equal $5 per month).
In order to purchase my plane ticket to leave by August 10th, I need to reach 90% of my financial support goal. I believe that God can make it happen! I am asking 26 people to pledge $30 a month in order to help me reach this goal. This averages out to a little less than a dollar a day. Would you be wiling to set aside just $30 a month to support my ministry?

Every day I read from my devotional, "Jesus Calling" by Sarah Young. It was a gift from a friend, and I absolutely love how it is written as though Jesus is speaking directly to me. It amazes me how each day speaks into my heart, as though the words were meant specifically for me. I want to share today's devotion with you, as it was encouraging to me, and reminded me that God is always in control. He is using this experience to teach me about myself and about Him, and if I stop thinking about the end goal and focus on the journey, trusting Him becomes easier.
"Let me infuse My Peace into your innermost being. As you sit quietly in the Light of My Presence, you can sense Peace growing within you. This is not something that you accomplish through self-discipline and willpower; it is opening yourself to receive My blessing.
In this age of independence, people find it hard to acknowledge their neediness. However, I have taken you along a path that has highlighted your need for Me; placing you in situations where your strengths were irrelevant and you weaknesses were glaringly evident. Through the aridity of those desert marches, I have drawn you closer and closer to Myself. You have discovered flowers of Peace blossoming in the most desolate places. You have learned to thank Me for hard times and difficult journeys, trusting that through them I accomplish My best work. You have realized that needing Me is the key to knowing me intimately, which is the gift above all gifts."
